WICHTIG: Wir müssen alle unsere Lieferanten dringend darauf hinweisen, dass Ihre Ware und die elektronischen Zollpapiere (Atlas) 24 Std. vor Verladung bei uns vorliegen müssen. Leider schränkt diese neue Abwicklung des Zolls unsere Flexibilät ein, aber deren Vorschriften müssen eingehalten werden.
IMPORTANT: We have to inform all our suppliers urgently that your cargos have to be here in Duisburg together with the new electronical customs documents 24 hrs prior to shipment. These new regulations of the customs limits unfortunately our flexibility but we have to follow them.
General conditions:
- All deliveries at our stevedores have to be reported to us in advance (email: dbg.chart@wilsonship.de or fax: 0049 (0) 203 80 95 730)
- Delivery times at our stevedores: Mo – Fr 08.00 – 14.30 hrs
- Cargo has to be clearly marked with port of discharge and receivers details.
- For cargo not port marked neither we nor stevedores can accept any responsibility / costs for wrong loaded cargo.
- Customs documents have to be delivered at our stevedores together with the cargo.
- The latest time of delivery should be in the early morning of a.m. schedule day.
